Youth Leadership Council application 2021
The Institute of Women and Ethnic Studies Youth Leadership Council (YLC) is a youth centered space where young people from across Louisiana can talk about the issues they face and be advocates for better mental, physical, and sexual health for themselves and their communities. All young people 14-18 are encouraged and invited to apply. Young people under 18 must have consent from a parent or guardian in order to participate.

The YLC will have three meetings through the end of May 2021 (times to be determined) and participants will be compensated for their time. A parent/guardian is required to give consent for each youth participant. If you have any questions, please email us at lblumberg@iwesnola.org, kcharbonnet@iwesnola.org, or ibutler@iwesnola.org  or send us a text at 504-616-9704
