For more than 150 years, La Salle University has been educating students from a wide variety of academic, social, and religious backgrounds. The University was founded in 1863 by the Brothers of the Christian Schools, a teaching order whose roots date back to 17th-century France and St. John Baptist de La Salle, the patron saint of teachers. An education innovator, St. La Salle was dedicated to meeting students where they were and devoted to the formation of the whole person. As a La Salle employee, you will be a vital part of the strong and engaged community dedicated to carrying our mission forward and ensuring “Explorers are never lost.”
