Fall Term Meal Plan Change

From the beginning of the Fall Term to September 18, 2023, you may change your meal plan option for unlimited number of times* (including opting out for residents of Leeds and Frontenac). After September 18, 2022, and until the end of the Fall Term, you may change your meal plan options only if the change results in an increase in the number of weekly meals.

Winter Term Meal Plan Change

From the beginning of the Winter Term to January 22, 2024, you may change your meal plan option unlimited number of times*.  After January 22, 2024, and until the end of the Winter Term, you may change your meal plan options only if the change results in an increase in the number of weekly meals.

* The first meal plan option change made in each of the Fall and Winter Terms is free of charge. A $25 administrative fee will be assessed for any subsequent meal plan option changes.

Meal plan fees will be adjusted accordingly to the Student Account and will be prorated based on when we receive your Meal Plan Change Form below.  Unused dining dollars expire as of April 26, 2024.

Meal Plan Change Form

  • Students residing in Dundas, Glengarry, Grenville, Lanark, Lennox and Addington, Renfrew and Stormont are required to have a mandatory meal plan on the All Access Meal Plan and may upgrade to the All Access Plus. Students residing in Prescott have the option to be on the All Access, All Access Plus or the Reduced Meal plan. Students in Frontenac or Leeds have the option to be on any meal plan, or no meal plan.
    Please refer to Important Dates for deadlines to reduce your meal plan. By selecting "Fall Term" this will change your meal plan for both the fall and winter terms. For Winter Term changes only, we will start accepting Winter Term meal plan changes in late November.
  • This collection notice may be appended to forms used by Academic and Administrative units to collect personal information from any individual who interacts with us. “Personal information collected through this form will be used and disclosed by Carleton University under the authority of the Carleton University Act, 1952, and in accordance with sections 39, 41 and 42 of Ontario’s Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. The purpose of this processing is to apply for a meal plan change.
