Zoe Klingmann

About

Zoe is a Master of Public Policy candidate at the Goldman School. Her main policy interest is building communities where everyone has a safe, affordable place to call home, and building the political will to get there. 

She worked for four years in the Oregon State Legislature, where in 2022 she was staff lead on the development of a historic $400 million budget package of housing and homelessness investments. She has also worked as a public opinion researcher and in 2016 was involved in Portland’s successful campaign to pass an affordable housing bond measure. She grew up in Livermore, CA.
