The Blue-White Boardwalk is back! The official Penn State football game day fan carnival includes FREE rides, such as a ferris wheel, giant slide, tilt-a-whirl and more! Fans can also enjoy live music, face painting, balloon artistry, photo booths and caricature drawings all for FREE. The Blue-White Boardwalk opens to the public at 5 p.m. on Friday, April 14 and will run until 9 p.m. and reopens at 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 15 and runs until 7 p.m. The Boardwalk will be located in the Jordan East Parking Lot (Football Parking Lot 41) across from Beaver Stadium. Carnival games will only accept cash; food vendors accept both cash and credit card. Fans will also have a chance to pick up a copy of the 2023 Football Spring Schedule Poster, which will be handed out at the marketing table on the Blue-White Boardwalk, while supplies last. 

Parking for the Blue-White Boardwalk on Friday evening will be FREE in the Jordan East, Stadium West and Porter North parking lots. Football Game Day parking policies will be in place on Saturday. For more info on Saturday's parking policies, click here: 

Additionally, the All-Sport Museum will be open during the following time frames:

    - Friday, April 14 | 2 - 8 p.m.
    - Saturday, April 15 | CLOSED
    - Sunday, April 16 | 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

All-Sports Museum Activity Zone hours:
    - Friday, April 14 | 5 - 8 p.m.
    - Saturday, April 15 | 9 a.m. - noon

The Blue-White Apparel and Equipment Sale, which will include team-issued apparel and equipment, will run on April 15 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. or while supplies last in Pegula Ice Arena and is open to the public. The sale is coordinated by Lion Surplus. Fans wishing to shop the equipment sale can enter Pegula Ice Arena through Gate A. Cash, checks and credit cards will be accepted at the sale. *Limit one (1) football helmet and (2) hockey sticks per person per entry.

Parking will be available for the Blue-White Apparel and Equipment Sale starting at 9 a.m. on Saturday, April 15 in the Shields and Wagner lots. All parking decks will be open 24/7. East Parking Deck will have a rate of $1 per hour for the first 2 hours and then will be a flat rate of $20 thereafter for the day. Parking in any surface lots will be $20 for the day.
