Help UMB students

My name is Kourtney and all donations from this fundraiser will be split between my sister and her roommates to help them recover financially from this incident. Those affected: Sophia Russo, Cam Gallant, Sarah Tatarczuk, Gabby Frongillo, Molly Dimatteo, Megan Friary, Tyler Boadway.

 

 

On 10/8/2021 in the early morning sometime before the sun came up my little sister's apartment in the Harbor Point on the Bay complex on the Umass Boston campus in Dorchester was burglarized. I am making this in an effort to help her and her roommates recover from everything that was taken from them. There are 7 total residents of the apartment that was broken into all while they were home upstairs sleeping, with their doors locked, in a gated community. There is a blessing in that all of them made it through this incident uninjured, and we are extremely grateful of that.

 

All 7 residents are current students at Umass Boston and started this semester happy to be back on campus following the many Covid-19 setbacks and have now suffered an incredible loss of property that have complicated their lives and will continue to cause even more expenses down the line. The perpetrator(s) stole 3 laptops, ipad, xbox, 2 wallets, 2 sets of keys and various other electronics. They have not only missed work because of this incident but now have to reset locks on their vehicles, get new laptops for school and replace various belongings.

 

All money raised is going to be distributed and split between everyone affected. Anything helps, thank you!!
