Optimising World Class Talent

This session on 21 October, brought to you by our Leaders Performance Institute partners, Keiser, will explore what it takes to optimise the performance of world class talent both inside and outside of sport.

How are you pushing your athletes to peak performance?

In this session, Will Lenzer, Director of Mental Performance for the Los Angeles Angels and Lance Stucky, Air Force Special Operations Command, will share their knowledge and expertise alongside Ty Sevin, Director of Human Performance, Education and Research at Keiser in a discussion moderated by Steve Gera, former NFL Coach and founder of Gains Group. We'll be exploring approaches to developing a world class training programme in elite sport and the military, and considering how gaining buy in from both the athletes and the coaching staff will be prosperous in the long term development of your talent.

•    Where is individualised training going? And how should data be used as a   gamechanger in athlete development?
•    How do you view the physical development journey of your athletes?
•    How can you prioritise athlete education to help gain their trust?
