What is continuous improvement for equity?

Continuous improvement for equity (CI4E) is an approach to ensuring that equity is centered throughout all six stages of the continuous improvement process.

This hub offers individuals and teams a resource library and a unique survey tool to explore how your current effort supports or hinders equity in its representation of communities and knowledge, structures, and decision-making processes. CI4E enables your team to:

  • Recognize how power, privilege, social context, and representation affect you and your work
  • Foster an equitable space to promote inclusive leadership and positive social change
  • Identify inequitable systems and structures in schools and communities
