The Library Materials Committee presented a draft of the Supplementary Materials Policies at the March 11, 2024, meeting as information for review and consideration.  A Google form was made available to RCPS staff members, RCPS parents/guardians, and Rockingham County residents to submit feedback on the draft policies. The board reviewed the responses that were received and made revisions to the previous policies that were presented.  The revised policies were presented as information at the April 8, 2024, meeting for review.  As the Library Materials Committee receives input and feedback from the community, they continue to make revisions to the policies.  The final revisions of the policies will be available on Monday, April 22, 2024.
