This year, I have the honor of running for The Legal Aid Society (LAS) at the 2023 NYC Marathon. The Legal Aid Society is the oldest and largest provider of legal aid in the United States and operates on the mission that every single New Yorker deserves the right to justice. 

While LAS works on nearly every area of law that impacts New Yorkers, I work specifically within our Juvenile Rights Practice as a Forensic Social Worker. We work tirelessly to defend juveniles on delinquency matters while also representing adolescents and children in family court. Through our work, we aim to engage with and empower both our clients and their communities while fighting for racial equity and lifting the voices of those most in need.
