Haverford College Guest Form

Guests are eligible to enter an indoor space at Haverford College when they are being hosted and accompanied by a current Haverford student, faculty, or staff member throughout their time in that space, or because they are an approved vendor or service provider.

We ask all guests to act with care, empathy, and compassion during their visit to Haverford, and to voluntarily wear a mask whenever in doubt, indoors or out. Guests must follow all applicable College policies and COVID health and safety protocols at all times.
