Summer Celebration Scholarship Application

This form is to be filled out by a PARENT/GUARDIAN for a camper registration for scholarship to Summer Celebration at Waskowitz held August 14-19, 2022. Families must fill out a scholarship application and be notified of awarded amount from the Waskowitz Foundation prior to registering their camper(s). Scholarships awarded will require families to pay a partial fee of $195 per camper.

FAMILIES WITH MULTIPLE CAMPERS must fill out one form for each scholarship requested.

Important Scholarship Dates:
**May 18th Scholarship Applications Due
**May 23rd Recipients are notified ***CIT applicants due May 25th!!
**May 25th Scholarship Registration is open and families are able to register
**June 3rd Registration for Scholarship Families Closes
