AMITA Youth Mental Health First Aid Training Registration

This course will provide you with tools to recognize the signs of symptoms of mental health and substance use
issues in youth and teach you how to provide appropriate support for youth with mental health and substance use issues in your life. This course does not teach you how to diagnose youth with mental health and substance use conditions, but to recognize signs and symptoms and how to connect youth with appropriate professional help.

This certification training course consists of 2 hours of self-paced pre-work and a 5.5 hour virtual instructor-led training session. At the end you will receive a certificate in Youth Mental Health First Aid. This course is eligible for 6 CEU's.

Registration for each training closes at 5PM two days before the training.
