Application for Online Course Quality Assurance Review Stipend
Prior to submitting your course for review, you must obtain the COTE (Certificate in Online Teaching Excellence) through OOL. Payment of the $400 stipend to you (for each course reviewed, up to 2 courses per faculty member) will be processed following the course review and the successful implementation of any course revisions that are suggested during the QA review.

Prior to submitting the course to the QA review team, the following conditions for the online course must be met:
* contains a syllabus
* uses a Canvas shell
* contains at least 2 fully developed lessons/modules
* must be designed and developed using the OOL QA rubric
* entire course will follow the same structure/setup as the 2 representative lessons/modules being reviewed
* course will be ready for review at least 2 weeks prior to the class start date

Once your application has been approved, you will need to add the people conducting your review to the course so that they can access it to conduct the review.
