Thank you for your interest in the WashU Law Music Showcase, happening LIVE in the Janite Lee Reading at 5:30 pm on March 30, 2023. Please use the below form to submit your virtual audition for the showcase. The Music Showcase Committee will review your submission and those acts selected to perform in the showcase will be notified in early March.
Please note that we welcome non-WashU Law performers, but require that at least one member of the performing ensemble be a member of the WashU Law Community (Student, Faculty, Staff).
Individual submissions are welcome, but we encourage students to form ensembles. Looking for people to perform with? Fill out our match-making form: https://forms.gle/tdYZYJCT6gEd6Av56
The Showcase Committee will provide certain audio and musical equipment for the Showcase, including microphones, a PA, a piano/keyboard and a drum set (not including cymbals or sticks). The Showcase Committee will not provide personal instruments to performers. For the purposes of this form, please check the boxes of equipment you anticipate needing from the Showcase Committee for your live performance. Please provide details (e.g., number of microphones, microphone stands) in the space below the checkbox list. For our planning purposes, please provide information about musical or audio equipment you intend to provide yourself. Examples include guitar or bass amplifiers, music stands, DJ-ing equipment, harpsichords, etc. This information is requested simply for planning purposes and will have no bearing on whether your act is accepted or not. Not sure what you'll need? Don't worry! Provide your best guess for now. If you are selected, we will work with all the acts to ensure equipment needs are met. Questions?
