We know that motivating yourself to run can be difficult, so we're thinking of having a RoadRunners groupchat on Facebook Messenger that we can use to motivate each other + allow for easy communication. It wouldn't be anything time-demanding, just telling everyone you're going out for a run at "x" time today, so you set a definite plan for yourself. We really recommend this because we don't want the club experience to be isolating! *
