This is the Of The Month Award Nomination form for the University of North Florida Osprey Chapter of the National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH).

WHAT IS AN OTM AND WHY DO WE WRITE THEM?
Of the Month’s (OTM’s) are awards you can write to recognize the amazing things going on at our campus. They must be month specific and include detailed information on how the nominee went above and beyond for the specific month in which it is written. These awards start on the campus level and have the potential to reach regional (SAACURH) and national (NACURH) levels of recognition after the appropriate voting periods.

By writing an OTM about someone or something on our campus, it shows that efforts did not go unnoticed and affirms that they are doing a great job helping their community. This recognition could be a push in the right direction, may even give the nominee or initiative the confidence they need to continue to succeed. This recognition spreads and actually benefits the campus as well. Members on each campus have the ability to vote on the best OTM for each category and this ensures that each nominee’s contributions will be seen by the campus to recognize the incredible things that members on our campus have done.

Campus level winners will be notified via email and receive an Of The Month mini-certificate to recognize their contributions to the UNF community. Campus level winners are submitted to the regional level for review no later than the 9th of each month.
