Engineering Women in Natural Sciences Mentorship Application
Thank you for your interest in becoming an Engineering Women In Natural Sciences (Eng WINS) mentor!

Engineering Women in Natural Sciences' mission is to enrich the professional network and research experiences of 9th and 10th-grade young women from diverse backgrounds through the exploration of natural. This mentorship involves  engaging students in engineering internships. This program not only constructs a collaborative professional development component of establishing effective mentor-mentee relationships, but it also empowers students engagement in STEM career pathways.


We are seeking a total of 24 motivated mentors to engage 1-2 EngWINS students virtually in Spring/Summer 2021 and then in their labs, research sites, or other types of engineering/STEM worksites for the Summer of 2021* (June-August; hours may vary depending on worksite).

*This is contingent on COVID and the safety of having in-person experiences.

NOTE: Applications must be received no later than March 25, 2021 11:59pm.
Selected mentors will be notified by March 30, 2021.
