The goal of this 7-minute survey is to collect information from Texas Local Education Agencies (LEAs) regarding the use of a Commissioner-approved Kindergarten Literacy Assessment, per House Bill 3, as well as how to support districts and open-enrollment charters with the grant project goals:

- Creating awareness of assessment requirements
- Supporting assessment tool selection and adoption
- Supporting implementation of assessments with fidelity
- Supporting use of data to drive instruction
- Supporting data submission
