The tabletop "Grab and Go" display is a perfect way to share your ideas and borrow new ideas from colleagues.We encourage AEP attendees to bring items from their colleges or universities that are original, uniquely executed or features a concept that other might appreciate. Suggestions of items for you to “Grab and Go” include:
a. Print Materials – save the dates, invitations, menus, printed programs, etc.
b. Décor – food & beverage presentations, entertainment, centerpieces, furnishings, table top design, stage elements, signage, etc.
c. Giveaways – gifts, favors, promotional items, etc.
d. Event Paperwork – briefing templates, timelines, setups, etc.
