PTA Activity: Student Participation Permission Form & Waiver
What: PVM Spring Social: Dance, Snacks, Games, & Fun!
When: Saturday, April 27th from 5:30 - 7:30 pm
Where: PVMS. Students must check-in at the brick gazebo by the bus lane drop off area. 
How: Once checked in, they must proceed to the back lobby entrance. Activities will take place in Bulldog Boulevard, the Gym, the Media Center, & Cafeteria. 
1. Students that exit the building during the event or are found sneaking into other areas of the school; or 2. violate the student code of conduct will not be permitted to re-enter the event and must leave the school grounds immediately.  HCPSS dress code regulations apply. Recommended dress is "dressy casual" so students are welcome to "dress their best!"
Who: Only current PVMS Students in Grades 6 - 8 with a submitted permission form may attend.
This event is entirely sponsored by PVMS PTA Parent Volunteers & we need the community's help to ensure student safety & a great experience; the more adults that sign up to chaperone, the more students that can have tickets! We are anticipating traffic & lines at Drop Off & Pick Up. Please note & follow these procedures for this event:
- Students that attended FRES (coming from south) should be dropped off/picked up in the Bollman Bridge Elementary Parking lot
- Students that attended BBES or GES (coming from north) should be dropped off/picked up in the BUS lane.
- Volunteers should park in the PVMS front parking lot & will enter at a volunteer check-in at the front lobby.
- The Social is being held during daylight hours to support walking. We encourage friend groups to carpool!
