The bike drive is scheduled for xxx to xxx date.

We will need many helping hands during Jan and Feb to make this Bike Drive successful.

We need:

2-3 bike pickup people who can pick up and temporarily store bikes during Jan and Feb

1-2 flyer distributors who can fan out in the community and get flyers into local businesses during Jan and Feb

5-6 Information table workers at Posada Java on the weekend of xxx.

4-5 bike receivers at Posada Java to cleanup, check out and secure bikes on x dates

2-3 to load bikes for transport to local organizations on Sunday,
