This sign up is for ONE CHILD, please complete an additional form for each child you plan to register.

Available class time this year :
Wednesday Level 1 (3-5 yrs old) - 4:45 - 6:00 PM

Children 3 years by Sept 1 and fully potty trained through 5 years old may enroll.

This form is time stamped. While it holds each child's place in line, it does not guarantee a spot for each child.  The best way to guarantee a spot in the classroom for your student is to become a trained catechist and work in the classroom each week.  You may also take priority if you are able to commit to volunteer every week in the classroom.

All parents will be expected to commit to assisting with the CGS class each week, unless you have a sick child and miss class or will be out of town. If you cannot commit to this, then please do not register your child(ren) for this class. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. Ways you can help are:

1.)  Become a trained catechist and/or work in the classrooms this year as a parent helper.
2.)  Arrive early on class days to setup room.*
3.)  Stay late on class days to restore classroom.*
4.)  Be a regular parent assistant.

*  Set up will require 45 minutes, and restoring the classrooms will require about 30 minutes.

While I understand these are each great commitments, I also know that we all understand how important this program is to our children's formation and believe that it is worth it.

Registration fee (sibling discount given):  $60 for one child, $80 for two children, $100 for three children.  Make check payable to Epiphany of the Lord.  If you are a committed weekly catechist, these fees are waived.  Please let us know if this is a financial hardship; no one is turned away because of inability to pay.
