PLEASE READ CAREFULLY - THESE RULES ARE IN PLACE TO PROTECT YOUR CHILD.  STUDENTS WHO ARE UNABLE TO ABIDE BY THE RULES ARE SUBJECT TO DISMISSAL FROM THE AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM.

Each program will need a minimum of 10 students enrolled and attending to remain active; if a program is closed due to a lack of interest/enrollment, students will be offered the opportunity to join another program with seat availability.  There will also be maximums for each program and club; as sign-ups approach maximum enrollment, students will be notified that the program is at capacity and will be placed on a waiting list.  If there is a waitlist for a program, students who are enrolled but who have not been regularly attending the program will be asked to leave the program.

Unless otherwise noted, all programs run from 2:45pm -4:15pm, but please pay close attention to the days of the week!

Students ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED from leaving the school building between the end of the school day and the afterschool program.  

Once a student is registered for a program, they must attend the program whenever it is in session (unless a signed note is provided by the parent to the main office to drop the child from the program).  Students who will not be reporting to a program for which they are registered for ANY reason must still check in with the program supervisor outside the auditorium at the end of the school day (or earlier in the day by having the parent call the main office at 718-246-6500) and confirmation must be made by a school staff member with the student's parent via phone call or written correspondence before the student will be dismissed from school.  If a student fails to check-in, parents will be notified at the number provided either in this form or on the blue emergency cards.  PLEASE LET YOUR CHILD KNOW IF YOU HAVE SIGNED THEM UP FOR A PROGRAM!!!

Meeting days of clubs are subject to change and all registrants will be notified.  All programs/clubs are subject to change/cancellation pending health and safety considerations, enrollment, and  personnel and budgetary availability, and may include the addition of programs as the school year progresses.
