Lost Retro and SESIS Money Litigant Information
Hello,
Countless UFT members have been ineligible for retro pay if they have taken family leave, paid parental leave, and/or have/adopt babies and must take maternity/paternity leave. UFT Solidarity has spoken to a number of UFT members who were denied retro pay and SESIS payments. We are considering filing a class action against the DOE for denying a protected class of individuals wages and benefits. We would like you to consider joining us.

This information will be kept confidential. If you do not wish to share your information here, please fill out the intake form here: http://www.ghnylaw.com/

All consults will cost $175.
