Pre-test questions
Thank you for your interest in our modules! Please complete the following demographic questions and pre-test questions. After we receive your responses, we will share information for how to access the modules on universal social, emotional, and behavioral screening. We will monitor your completion of the modules using our learning management system and contact you to follow up to complete the posttest questions after you have completed the 7 screening modules. Once you have viewed all of the modules and completed the posttest questions, we will provide a certificate of completion you can put towards your PDPs.
