Overview:
There is a limited number of participants, so please only signup if you are SURE that you will attend. If you signed up and will not attend for any reason, please let us know. Racing experience is NOT necessary.

These are legit Race RC Cars that can go up to 35mph, so please be cautious when racing.

As soon as 40 people sign up to race/be on a team, this form will be closed. If interested, sign up ASAP.

This is a social event; you are more than welcome to come and watch. There will be Ice Cream.

Rules:
-We meet and go over rules at 6:00 pm in the Engineering Lawn
-There will be 8 teams, each composed of 5 participants (and with their own car)
-One team will be reserved for ME staff/faculty
-The teams will be randomly assigned an announced at the event (except for the staff/faculty team).
-The RC cars will be pre-disassembled by us (just the shell, batteries, and tires); batteries will be pre-charged
-Each team will have 15 minutes to assemble and test the cars
-The race starts at 6:25 pm  
-There will be a track assembled on the engineering lawn
-The 8 teams will each race simultaneously; the first team to finish 20 laps wins
-If your car flips, you are allowed to flip it back (without interfering with other teams of course)
-The race will end at around 6:45 pm
