UFIT Research Computing: Git and GitHub.com Workshop

Developed by Drs. Catia Silva (from ECE) and Matt Gitzendanner (from UFRC), this three-part course introduces users to git and GitHub.com.

The course features hands-on activities and does not assume any coding background.

  • October 19th, 10:40- noon: Module 1: Version Control with Git
  • October 26th, 10:40- noon: Module 2: GitHub
  • November 2nd, 10:40-noon: Module 3: Git and GitHub on HiPerGator and Google Colab.

Location: UFII Seminar room or Zoom (Zoom link will be sent a few days before the workshop)
