My Students

I’m so excited to welcome my incoming kindergarten students. I’m looking forward to building strong relationships with my students and create a lasting love for learning. As a first year teacher, I’m excited to learn form my students and grow together! My class is a place where diversity is embraced! Each and every student is welcomed into my classroom and brings unique experiences, strengths, and ideas. We are working on developing life skills that students need in order to succeed!

My Project

A diverse classroom library will give each and every student a chance to see themselves through literature. These books will allow my students to learn explore a variety of text, and begin to love reading. Students will have the chance to take books home weekly, and read to their families. I will select weekly read aloud's that enhance our theme/lesson of the day. Students will learn how to love and care for their very own library. The classroom library is where the magic happens! I would love to create a wonderful display for my little learners!
