COMMON THEATER AUDITION PROCESS: SUGGESTED SAMPLE MONOLOGUE REPERTOIRE (not exclusive)
2
The following monologues merely are suggestions from theater teachers if students are looking for material. Students are encouraged to identify and perform pieces that speak to them and for which they feel inspired. Note the character's traditional gender role from the play is noted with a brief thought from the submitting HS teacher. We advise all students to read the full show for context and appropriateness of consideration.

Visit https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oe_hCQ05NiE&feature=youtu.bep for additional guidance in preparing your virtual audition video.
