Before you begin your proposal, we want to share with you several criteria that we consider when determining whether our committee can recommend that it be approved by the Dean. Please make sure you can answer these questions in the affirmative.

Does it demonstrate responsiveness to specific market needs?

Does the program described have the potential to generate gross revenue of at least $5000 in its first year? ( Important: we recognize this is just a projection, not a guarantee, but we look for evidence to support the thinking);

Will the program described be developed by, and delivered by, qualified individuals?

Can the program described offer a quality learning experience for the target audience, and does it have specified learning outcomes?

Can the program be marketed effectively by O3L, in collaboration with the proposer?
