Group Description:
UpBeats is a drumming-based group that strives to provide a fun, safe and creative space for female-identifying persons with mental health challenges such as PTSD, trauma, anxiety and depression OR who want to participate in music as a health resource. No prior musical experience is required. All ages are welcome in this group. In fact, the age diversity is one of our favorite parts!  

The group occurs every* Thursday during the academic semester from 4:00 pm - 5:15 pm starting Feb 1st and ending May 2nd

Room 146A in University Center of the Arts at CSU (1400 Remington Street)

Free 2 hour parking available on Remington Street

*Note that the group will not meet during CSU's Spring break 3/14/24
