Staff Santana of the Month
The Staff of the Month Program is designed to recognize outstanding staff members for their contributions to Santiago Charter Middle School. Each month, a different staff member will be recognized. Nominations may be submitted by the school staff, students, and parents. Regardless of the outcome, Santiago administration would like to stress that the real tribute of this award is the nomination.  The nomination symbolizes the esteem and appreciation that everyone has for our staff members.

To be eligible for a Staff of the Month Award, an employee must demonstrate one or more of the following traits:

R: Respectful
A: Accountable
D: Determined

Nominations are due by the 15th of each month.
