We are in need of presenters for Career Day!

Career Day involves visiting DRES classrooms for a brief presentation, power point or video, and then participating in a question-and-answer session with the students. The more interactive the better!

A sample format for a presentation is

* Definition of job

* Description of a typical day

* Demonstration of tasks/tools

* Education/training required

* Hobbies or interests you had as a child

Please let us know if you are available 3/30/23 for Career Day at Deep Run and if there is a time that works best for you with the sign up below. You can volunteer in your own child's grade. We will confirm the exact time, grade level and room in the very near future!

Kindergarten: 4 classes 15 minutes each 2:50-3:50

First Grade: 3 classes 15 minutes each 3:00-3:50

Second Grade: 3 classes for 20 minutes each 11:40-12:40

Third Grade: 4 classes 15 minutes each 9:30-10:30

Fourth Grade: 9:40-11:40: 4 classes for 30 minutes each

Fifth Grade: 4 classes 15 minutes each 2:50-3:50
