Placement auditions will take place on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 between 12:30 and 3:00 PM.
Those unable to audition at that time, can do so on Monday, August 23, 2021 between 12:15 and 3:00 PM.
All auditions will take place in the Recital Hall - Room 1111.

3. Show up for our Choral/Vocal Area Orientation on August 18, at 10:00am, and then for your audition afterwards. The meeting will take place in the Recital Hall - Room 1111.

NOTE: If you are interested in auditioning for Applied Voice, you will be asked to sing a classical piece (for example, an art song or a folk song arrangement) of your choice, with piano accompaniment. Please remember to bring sheet music for our staff pianist.

If you are just interested in Choir or Group Voice Classes, there is no need to prepare a solo piece.
Your audition will consist of vocalization and sight-reading for the purpose of placement.

CHOIR:
For those who would like to sing in a choir, we offer four different options: Concert Choir, Chamber Singers, Treble Chorale, and TBB Chorale. Our Concert Choir is our large auditioned ensemble. Members of Concert Choir who are ready for an additional musical challenge may be invited to a callback audition for Chamber Singers, which is our smaller auditioned ensemble. Please note that Chamber Singers must also be enrolled in Concert Choir. If you have any further questions about our choral program, you may contact Prof. Nicola Dedmon at ndedmon@fullcoll.edu
