Thank you for your interest in GT Instructional Seminars for the 2023-2024 school year.  Seminars are a great way to expand your knowledge and skills around a topic of interest in a non-graded environment.  

Each seminar offers a unique focus. However, all seminars have four universal components. They all (1) develop critical and creative thinking skills, (2) involve conducting research, (3) involve working collaboratively to produce an authentic product or creative production, and (4) utilize technology to create and communicate.

Participation in seminars is open to all students!  Just remember that you will miss classes to participate in seminars, so you'll need to make up your class work.

Students may participate in up to 2 G/T Instructional Seminars.  Academics come first, so please consider the impact that participating in a Seminar may have on your academic progress.  This is especially important if you will have a Band or Orchestra sectional.
