TECHNOLOGY COURSES ONLY

Only submit requests for courses you are currently trying to register for.  

NOTE:  If your request is for TECH 4000-01 (Friday section) and you are not in the Fire Protection Administration & Technology major you will be directed to enroll in the two additional sections available that do not require permission.  Only students in the FPAT program can submit the form requesting the permission for section 1.

If you are requesting permission for TECH 4950 do not complete this form, please contact Dr. Liu pliu@exchange.calstatela.edu and in the email include your major/concentration. Once he approves, I can issue the permission.
