I accept all of such property without any warranty whatsoever and waive, release and agree to hold harmless ISI, its agents, employees and volunteers from any and all property damage, personal injury or other claims of whatever nature related to the receipt and use of the referenced property by myself or any other person or organization. Once you receive these items they are yours and when you leaves school, you are responsible for getting rid of them, or selling them yourselves. I agree that I participate in this event/activity solely at my own risk.
