All WES students are invited to participate in the return of Ravens' Running Club. RRC was designed to promote physical activity in our WES community. Students will be able to walk or run the designated mile course, earning “Mile Shoes” for each mile completed. The “shoes” may be attached to shoelaces or backpacks (a chain will be provided to all students who join in on the fun).
RRC Spring session will begin Monday April 8th. (End date will be the last week of May). This program will take place every Monday and Wednesday morning at 8:30 a.m. Parents must provide transportation to school. In the event of inclement weather the activity will be cancelled. A cancellation announcement will be made as early as possible via the Remind App.

Parent volunteers will supervise the event each Monday and Wednesday. Volunteers are in charge of keeping track of the laps the students run/walk. There is no fee. “Miles Shoes” are provided by the WES PTO. .
Parents, please make sure your child has comfortable clothes, appropriate shoes (sneakers are best) that are weather appropriate, and a water bottle with your child's name on it. You may want to bring an extra pair of socks and shoes because the grass can be wet.
