HMP Club Executive Board Nomination Form
If you are interested in running for, or if you would like to nominate another student to run for an Executive Board position for the Drexel HMP Club, please fill in the following queries below.
Position Descriptions:
President
- Provides direction for the club
- Guides the club in developing a vision for the year’s activities
- Liaises between GSA and SGO, as appropriate
- Supports other officers in their tasks
- Schedules meetings and creates meeting agendas
Vice President
- Assumes presidential duties in the absence of the President
- Conducts Executive Board and General Body meetings
- Assists with overseeing events and the budget
- Submits event forms and financial forms to GSA for approval
- Attend GSA and SGO meetings as requested
Treasurer
- Records all finances
- Manages the budget
- Submits receipts/invoices for reimbursement
- Submits mid-year report to GSA at the end of each quarter
- Attend GSA and SGO meetings as requested
Secretary
- Records the minutes of all meetings and provides a copy to all officers
- Tracks attendance of meetings and events
- Manages membership status
- Creates and manages club calendar
- Handles email-related correspondence
- Attend GSA and SGO meetings as requested
Events Coordinator
- Plans, coordinates, and acts as primary contact for professional and career-building events
- Manages and maintains outside ongoing relationships and requests for events and cosponsorship
- Handles social media correspondence
- Creates meeting flyers
- Attend GSA and SGO meetings as requested
All officers are expected to attend all executive board and general body meetings.
