Part of the mission of Central Ohio ATD is to elevate the next generation of talent and development professionals. This program features speakers who identify as emerging professionals. The goal of this event is to provide a supportive environment for a presentation and to provide you feedback on your presentation from a panel of coaches. Last year this panel of coaches were seasoned talent and development professionals. This year the panel will be a mix of seasoned professionals along with participants from last year's event. These presentations are 15 minutes in duration. Emerging professionals are defined as:

1) A student in an undergraduate/graduate program related to talent and development AND/OR
2) 5 or fewer years of work experience in talent and development

Last year was the first time we did the event and we enjoyed learning from our emerging professionals. This year our event is virtual and will take place in September 2020 via Zoom. Last year we enjoyed presentations on the following topics:

*3 tips for using green screens
*AI & the evolving workforce
*Emotional design in learning experiences
*The "Sweet Science" of Facilitating
*Taking the CALL to develop talent in call centers
