Please submit no later than March 12th for Semester 2 classes to avoid a late registration fee.

Please print a copy for your records.  If submitting payment by check, please include a copy with your payment.

Fee Reduction - College Board allows fee reduction for students with acute financial need.  Students who are eligible for free and reduced cost lunches qualify for fee reductions for each exam.  The charge for each exam is $15.00.  To apply for a fee waiver, please check the box below.  If you do not qualify through the free and reduced cost lunches, but are experiencing financial hardship, please email Ms Dix directly. *

Parental Permission - Due to resource considerations, some exams may be administered off-campus.  Students/Parents will be responsible for transportation to and from exam sites.  Parent must sign the following acknowledgement:  My student has my permission to leave the school for AP testing.  I understand that Howard County is not providing transportation and cannot be held responsible for the student once the student leaves school property.  Parent virtual signature below. *
