The Measuring Non-cognitive Competence Report Task Force was assembled to inform the I.C.E. community on the topic of noncognitive assessment and its relevance to professional credentialing. To this end, a questions and answers document is provided to serve as an initial introduction and to provide references for those interested in a deeper dive into the underlying literature. Taskforce members include John Weiner, chair; Jim Stobinski, vice chair; Chuck Friedman; and George Gray.
