Three CPhA Representatives representing the profession of pharmacy are influencing the manner in which we care and provide for our patients with our members in mind.

  • The California Department of Public Health has made their plan for recognizing pharmacist as healthcare workers in Phase 1. Review the presentation, here.

Why this matters: Advocacy and awareness efforts continue to highlight the role that pharmacists will play in the COVID-19 pandemic as we move forward. CPhA is looking forward to more updates from CDC, FDA, CDPH as vaccines get closer to receiving authorization and getting distributed.

  • CPhA has been added to the list of organizations on the CDPH.

Why this matters: CPhA is vital to improving the health of California as we navigate the pandemic. Our involvement means that your vision is a part of every recommendation.
