We are back with our third edition of the Dermadry Hyperhidrosis Scholarship, and this year we will be granting a US$2,000 scholarship to one student for a sweat-free school year!

Are you a student struggling with excessive sweating? Help us raise awareness of hyperhidrosis and its impact on student life! For our third annual scholarship contest, we are encouraging students to come forward and share their hyperhidrosis story by creating a video that explores the impact hyperhidrosis has on their studies and daily life.

ELIGIBILITY:

Entrants must be 18+ and currently enrolled in a college, university, or other post-secondary institution and actively pursuing their studies in the upcoming Fall 2021 semester. Contest open globally. No purchase necessary, the winner may be subject to a skill-testing question.

PRIZE:

One winner will be awarded a scholarship valued at $2,000 US and a Dermadry Total device (valued at US$499). All 14 finalists will receive a Dermadry Total (valued at US$499).

LENGTH:

Videos should be a minimum of 60 seconds. There is no maximum length.

SUBMISSION OF VIDEOS:

Completed videos must be uploaded to a video-hosting platform and a and a link to the video must be included in the application form. Submissions for the social media entry must also be included as a link in the application form.

VIDEO EQUIPMENT:

Videos may be produced on any equipment available to the entrant, including cell phones and video cameras.

CREATIVITY:

Be creative! Share your story, write a song, create an animation or anything that showcases your individuality and creativity.

JUDGING:

Dermadry will select 10 finalists, based on the votes of an 8 person team of Dermadry employees. Entries will be judged on authenticity, originality, creativity, relatability, and subject matter. Four (4) additional finalists will be entered through the social media path. Once the finalists are announced, members of the public will be able to vote for their favorite finalist on Dermadry's website. The public vote will determine the final winner. We reserve the right to disqualify any candidate we suspect using fraudulent methods to gain votes.

WINNING ENTRY:

The winning video will be posted on Dermadry's website, and the winner will be announced by email and on Dermadry's social media platforms. The winner will be contacted directly via email.
