Angela Moyer , MS, CAS, NCSP

Angela Moyer MS, CAS, NCSP, is a nationally certified school psychologist for the School and Community Programs team at the Child Mind Institute. Ms. Moyer has a decade of experience working in diverse communities across the Northeast and Midwest. As an advocate of social justice, Ms. Moyer works to empower marginalized families and communities by promoting the educational rights, opportunities and well-being of all children.

Ms. Moyer has extensive experience in implementing evidence-based interventions to assist in creating a positive learning environment. She has expertise in providing schools with behavioral consultation, counseling services, teacher and staff trainings, and psychoeducational evaluations. Ms. Moyer also helps facilitate the Individual Education Plan (IEP) process.

Ms. Moyer brings her skills in behavioral and social-emotional support to New York City’s diverse communities by collaborating with parents, guardians, teachers and school administration.
