Read With Me is a FREE young reader program that mails children one book each month from birth until their 5th birthday! Use this form to sign up your child.

Eligible children MUST: 1) reside in Howard County; 2) be under 4 years old and have already been born; and 3) be a member or child served by one of the below community organizations. Registered families can expect their first book within 8-10 weeks of registration.

Read With Me-Howard County is affiliated with Dolly Partons’ Imagination Library and is adminstered by Bright Minds Foundation, the Howard County public schools education foundation. The program is sponsored by Howard County Government, Nora Roberts Foundation, PNC Bank, Kiwanis, and other generous donors.
