This review is harder to write without giving anything away, so I’ll keep it short and sweet. What a ride that was. Jessica sure knows how to jerk my emotions around. I loved how Natalia transformed throughout the series, she was frustrating sometimes but I really enjoyed her growth. Cristiano remains the dreamy Alpha I was salivating over in books 1&2. And their fire and chemistry only grew in this book. I did see certain things coming but regardless I truly enjoyed this book. I always enjoy Jessica’s writing style, this was very entertaining and I really liked diving into the cartel world she’s built.

Omg, what a thrilling, emotional and sexy conclusion to the White Monarch series! After the alarming way Hawkins left us at the end of book two, I couldn't wait to find out where this story would go from there! Well I was not disappointed that this story picks right up where Violent Ends left off and hit the ground running. I was holding my breath throughout the opening chapters! I am so in awe of Natalia and how strong, brave, and resilient she is. I loved seeing how she morphs into a queen worthy of her king. That includes how she infuses herself with the people and the world she previously fought to escape. It has always been Cristiano who saw her for who she truly was. His dominance made her feel safe and cherished, and gave her the courage to grow in strength and love. The way their relationship evolved, and the loyalty and love they shared was epic. But that is also their weakness that could get them all killed. The many twists and turns this gripping story took were so unexpected, and had me totally captivated! The ending blindsided me and was so thrilling, raw, and breathtaking! This story is so beautifully written and so seductive, that I just wasn't ready for it to end. I really loved this whole series! Bravo!

***ARC Provided by the Author*** First, this is not a standalone, not even a little bit. So, if this is where you are starting, go back to the beginning. This one you are going to want to read the build up before you get to the ending. Well, this didn't go the way I thought it was going to. Not at all. I had an idea where I thought Natalia and Cristiano's story was going to go and, nope. I did not guess right, not at all. That said, I loved where this went, I loved how it got there, and I absolutely loved the ending. It's not what I thought would happen, but in so many ways it was better. There were parts my heart was in my throat, and there were a couple where I could NOT believe what I was reading and that it actually happened. And, there might have been a couple of times I was mad...at the characters, the author...my Kindle. The entire world. But, I got over it. And, what a ride. It's not even a little possible to review this without spoilers, so I am not even going t
