Weekend of Action for Healthcare Access! (July 14-16, 2023)

Help build a city of healthy neighbors together! Sign up for in-person OR virtual ways (options below) to amplify our health care access messages:

We encourage New Yorkers - regardless of immigration status - to take care of themselves by exploring options for health care access
We encourage New Yorkers to learn/share about NYC Care as an option for those who don’t quality for Medicaid and who cannot afford their own insurance (regardless of immigration status)
We remind everyone who is covered by Medicaid to recertify this year, or else risk losing coverage

Speak at your own scheduled event/s (religious services, community outreach activity, etc) during July 14-16 on the importance of accessing healthcare, learning about NYC Care, or making at least 1 primary care appointment each year

Volunteer at an in-person Day of Action on FRI 7/14, handing out informational flyers in busy corridors
