4A Mentorship Program Mentee Application
Thank you for your interest in joining our 2022 4A Mentorship Program as a mentee!

Who can be a mentee:

- Any UConn student (Branch Campuses included)
Who is also a...
- An undergraduate student that is a 2nd-year student or above.
Or a…
- Recent graduate (2021) who is currently  job seeking

 Mentee Responsibilities

- Orientation (1 hour)
- Minimum 1-hour meeting with mentors each month (6 hours)
- 1 Community Engagement Event (1 hour)
- 1 Professional Development Event (1:30 Hour)

Meetings will be conducted via zoom

We require that each mentee meet at least once with their mentor for a minimum of 1 hour at least once a month over the course of the 6-month program, and complete orientation and both a community engagement and professional development event. By completing this form, you commit to the minimum time commitment for this mentorship program once matched *
